Comfortable rooms on the first 3 floors and the staff was friendly! the hotel is in a great spot, next to a cool building and the surrounding area is awesome. 🌟

the room was big size in the first 3 floors, the bed was nice. location: the hotel was short walk to the serafi mega mall, a shopping centre within walking distance, and restaurant.

Really enjoyed Jeddah, the hotel was nice in the building + Le nearby area. The employees were outstandingly accommodating and fast. Units in the first 3 floors. Everywhere there was clean. This was a particularly good location next to restaurant and a shopping centre. Also, it was 1 mile from Bicycle Roundabout: D

The place was clean, big rooms. Nice building and rooms in the first 3 floors. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Great service, parking onsite. Good location, fairly nice area, close enough to a shopping centre within walking distance as well as the malls. Lovely place for exploring Jeddah.

Furthermore, the hotel amenities were outstanding, including an indoor swimming pool, a spa and wellness centre, and a restaurant offering a buffet breakfast and delicious meals throughout the day. The facilities here truly enhanced the comfort and luxury of my stay.

The noise levels, and unfortunately, the sound isolation in the rooms was not great. We could hear car horns from the streets and children from other rooms.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel with relatively proximity to shopping centers, this could be the one for you. the hotel is located nearby a mall and the Serfai Mega Mall is within walking distance and easily accessible. the rooms are generally tidy, some rooms have great views of the city. there have been complaints regarding the quality of the housekeeping service, where it is claimed that they only clean the room when requested, otherwise they'd leave it untouched for days.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is situated near shopping centers and is in walking distance. I also appreciated the dental kit tools that were provided in the bathroom, as well as the excellent quality and quantity of food in the restaurant.

Check, in took 45 minutes, and there were various issues with the room, such as the door not closing properly, the key slot not working, and problems with the shower and bathroom cleanliness.
